“Medical-Grade” Foot Controls with USB Interface

STEUTE is pleased to introduce their extensive range of USB compatible “medical-grade” foot controls. STEUTE’s foot controls are expressly designed to address the medical OEM’s functional, ergonomic and aesthetic needs.

STEUTE’s USB interface is compatible with many single-function and multi-function foot control designs. A USB compatible foot control enables the medical device OEM to integrate the human interface device (HID) into their PC-based software.

Each of these “off-the-shelf custom” foot controls is designed to meet relevant IEC 60601, the MDD (93/42/EEC), UL and CSA standards. Optional design features include custom housings/colors/icons, powdercoated consoles, rocker/pushbutton/joystick actuators, digital outputs, durable labels, protective shields, foot rests, and IP X8 ratings.
